Governor and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa calls on President

Islamabad, April 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Shaukatullah and Chief Minister, Mr. Justice® Tariq Parvez called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Aiwan-e-Sadr today.

Overall situation in the province and FATA was discussed during the meeting.

The Governor and Chief Minister apprised the President about the preparations being made by the provincial government to ensure holding of free, fair and transparent elections in the Province.

The Governor also briefed the President on law and order situation in FATA and the measures being taken for holding free and fair elections in tribal areas. The President also hosted lunch for the Governor and Chief Minister.
