Islamabad: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi visited the Press Information Department in Islamabad today.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Governor received a detailed briefing on the role of the PID in effectively communicating the government’s policies and the national narrative. Governor Kundi emphasized the Ministry of Information and its affiliated departments’ role in safeguarding national interests and praised the PID’s efforts in countering Indian propaganda.
Governor Kundi also highlighted the initiative to establish a Digital Cell in Peshawar as a significant step. He noted that achieving superiority in the digital domain is an essential requirement of the modern era.
Earlier, Principal Information Officer Mubashir Hassan welcomed Governor Faisal Karim Kundi to the PID.
