Governor of Sindh Orders Investigation into Child’s Death in Karachi Elevator Incident

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori has called for an investigation following the death of a child who became trapped in an elevator in the Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of Karachi. The Governor has requested a detailed report from the Commissioner of Karachi and emphasized the need for justice for the affected family.

According to Sindh Governor House, the incident has prompted the Governor to instruct authorities to identify and penalize any individuals found negligent in the maintenance of the elevator. The directive aims to ensure accountability and prevent future occurrences of similar incidents.
