The Governor has requested a detailed report from the Commissioner of Karachi and emphasized the need for justice for the affected family.

According to Sindh Governor House, the incident has prompted the Governor to instruct authorities to identify and penalize any individuals found negligent in the maintenance of the elevator. The directive aims to ensure accountability and prevent future occurrences of similar incidents.
