Governor Punjab lauds doctors, nurses and para medical staff in fight against Covid-19

Islamabad, July 20, 2020 (PPI-OT): Punjab Governor Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar says entire nation is proud of our doctors, nurses and para medical staffs who are steadfastly fighting against Covid-19 on the frontline. Addressing a ceremony at University of Health Sciences in Lahore on Monday, he said strict implementation of SOPs in the cattle markets, during Eid-ul-Azha and Muharram-ul-Haram will surely help overcome this pandemic.

He said during the lockdown telemedicine experience remained successful in the country. He lauded Prof Shahid Kamal for establishing telemedicine center in Multan. The Governor said Pink Helpline has been established for medical solution of women patients. Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar said resilience of Pakistani nation is unmatchable.
