Governor Saleem Calls for Promoting Development in Remote Districts of Punjab

Karachi: Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has called for focused measures to promote development in the backward and remote districts of the province. Chairing a meeting in Lahore, he reviewed the proposal to establish a new Tehsil Nara in District Attock.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Governor said the creation of Tehsil Nara, which covers seven Union Councils of Tehsil Jand, is a long-standing local demand. He emphasized that the establishment of the new tehsil will improve public services and address administrative issues for residents.
