Govt Committed to Digital Governance to Transform Higher Education: Ahsan

Islamabad: Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal announced that under the “Uraan Pakistan” initiative, universities, research, and the economy will be integrated into a unified ecosystem designed to drive sustainable growth. He made these remarks while addressing the online launching ceremony of Maktab, an integrated digital platform introduced under the Higher Education Commission in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to transforming higher education through the adoption of digital governance, transparency, and performance-based systems. The initiative aims to leverage digital tools to enhance the quality and effectiveness of higher education institutions across the country.
