Govt continuing action against drug trafficking

The relevant government agencies are continuing their action against the drug trafficking.

Since September last year, 1043 metric tons of drugs have been seized and 1612 drug peddlers arrested. The recovered drugs included 3.52 metric tons heroin and 45.18 metric tons hashish. In addition, the security forces seized 3.65 metric tons meth, 8.55 metric tons opium and 982 metric tons other drugs.
