Caretaker Minister for Energy Muhammad Ali has said that a comprehensive strategy is being evolved to bring investment in energy sector.
Talking to private TV channel, he said we will try to reduce capacity payments in the power sector and efforts are being made to attract investment in exploring the oil and gas deposits.
In reply to a question about conservation of electricity, he said a discussion would be made with all traders to reduce use of electricity by closing shops before midnight.
