Govt focusing on promotion of tourism in region: AJK PM

AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that the government is focusing on promotion of tourism in the region to alleviate poverty and overcome unemployment.

Addressing public gatherings at Rawlakot and Hajeera Deevi Gali today (Friday), he said Poonch Division would be converted into a tourism hub.

Raja Farooq Haider said all tourism spots would be connected through Tourism Corridor.

He said all available resources are being spent on development of infrastructure across the state with focus on roads, health, education and clean drinking water facilities.
