Govt Hands Over Islamabad’s IHITC, Regional Blood Centre to Indus Hospital

Islamabad: The government has handed over the management of Islamabad’s Isolation Hospital and Infections Treatment Centre (IHITC) and the Regional Blood Centre to Indus Hospital. An agreement to this effect was signed in Islamabad today.

According to Radio Pakistan, Minister for National Health Services Mustafa Kamal expressed confidence that both facilities would be managed efficiently by Indus Hospital. He also voiced optimism that the Regional Blood Center would be developed into a centre of excellence for blood screening.
