Govt Setting Up Quantum Valley for Technology Advancement

Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, has announced the establishment of a Quantum Valley in Islamabad aimed at fostering a robust science and technology ecosystem.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal, speaking at an event in Islamabad, stated that the Quantum Valley is envisioned to become the Silicon Valley of the future. This initiative aims to bring together entrepreneurs, academics, and venture capitalists to collaborate on technological advancements.

He highlighted the importance of Pakistan positioning itself as a global leader in advanced technologies. Ahsan Iqbal emphasized the necessity for Pakistan to go beyond merely providing coding and programming services to other countries. Instead, he urged a focus on creating innovative products through indigenous research and development.
