Govt to constitute committee to negotiate draft framework agreement with UAE: Dar

Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar says government has decided to constitute a committee to negotiate draft Framework Agreement with the UAE to further strengthen relations between two countries in maritime sector.

He said this while chairing a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Inter-Governmental Commercial Transactions in Islamabad on Monday.

The meeting was informed that Abu Dhabi Ports owned by the Government of the United Arab Emirates has shown interest in operating the Container Terminal of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs.
