Grand Peace Jirga of Religious Scholars Held in D.I.Khan

D.I.Khan: A Grand Peace Jirga of religious scholars was held in the Chikhan area of Dera Ismail Khan with the cooperation of Pakistan Army. The religious scholars pledged their full support to Pakistan Army for maintenance of peace and the elimination of the Fitnah al Khawarij.

According to Radio Pakistan, participants paid rich tribute to the Pakistan Army and security forces for their immense sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. Religious scholars expressed gratitude to Pakistan Army for its efforts in promoting education and healthcare, especially for girls in the area.
