Gwadar: In a focused initiative to bolster local youth’s competitive examination prospects, Deputy Commissioner Hamoud-ur-Rehman and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Manzoor Baloch of the University of Gwadar delivered motivational and strategic guidance to students at the Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute of Gwadar University.
