Karachi, (PPI Bot): Habib Bank Limited has announced the issuance of its perpetual Tier-I Term Finance Certificates (TFCs), symbolized by HBLTFC3. These certificates have a market lot of 1 and a face value of PKR 100,000 each. The profit rate follows the 3-month KIBOR plus 2.00%. The bank has raised a total of PKR 6,500,000,000 from this issuance, which is also the outstanding principal amount. The next coupon date is scheduled for December 28, 2023.
