Hala Enterprises Limited’s board of directors meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of’ the Company will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at 120-E/1, Gulberg III, Lahore to appoint Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Company has declared the “closed period” from February 21, 2012 to February 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the listing Regulation No. 37 of the KSE, Accordingly no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, director indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
