Hanif Vows to Transform Pakistan Railways

Rawalpindi: Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi has vowed to transform Pakistan Railways. Addressing an event in Rawalpindi on Saturday, he announced that the Lahore Railway Station has been upgraded into a world-class facility.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Federal Minister also highlighted various initiatives undertaken in Rawalpindi, focusing on health, sanitation, education, road infrastructure, and transport. A significant development in the health sector includes the establishment of a one thousand bed children’s hospital in Rawalpindi, with the Punjab government allocating a budget of seven billion rupees for this project within the year.

Hanif Abbasi emphasized that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is committed to the politics of performance, aiming to deliver tangible improvements in public services and infrastructure.
