Pakistan Secures Four-Year Approval for Seafood Exports to US

Islamabad: Pakistan has received authorization to extend the export of fish and fish-related products to the United States for another four years. Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry announced the approval, highlighting its significance for the country’s seafood industry.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister emphasized that this decision reflects international recognition of the quality of Pakistan’s seafood. He noted that the extended authorization would provide long-term stability to the sector, allowing it to grow and thrive in the international market.

Chaudhry expressed optimism that this development is expected to bolster Pakistan’s position in the global seafood market. By securing a four-year extension, Pakistan can continue to strengthen its trade relations with the United States, potentially opening new avenues for future export opportunities.
