Hanzal hydel power project to be launched soon: Jafarullah Khan

Deputy Speaker GilgitBaltistan Assembly Jafarullah Khan has said development projects costing billions of rupees are being implemented in his constituency in Gilgit.

Talking to media in Gilgit today, he said twenty MW Hanzal hydel power project would be launched soon, which will help end loadshedding in the district.

He said construction work on 16 MW Naltar and 6 MW Kargah hydel power project is also in progress while contract of three MW Nomal project would be awarded shortly.

He said twenty one schools are being constructed and upgraded in his constituency to impart quality education to the students.
