Haram Transport Services Suspended Ahead of Friday Prayers to Manage Crowds

Saudi arabia: Saudi authorities have temporarily suspended all Haram transport services this early morning to manage crowds for Friday prayers.

According to Radio Pakistan, correspondent Asad Ullah Khan, the shuttle services for pilgrims returning from Friday prayers will continue until 2:30 p.m. The intending pilgrims, especially women and elderly persons, are advised to avoid heavy congestion by offering Friday prayers at the nearest mosques in their areas.

The measure is part of crowd management arrangements to ensure smooth movement around the Grand Mosque during peak prayer timings.
