HCJK urges IOK people to stay away from fraud polls

Srinagar, December 05, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Hurriyet Conference Jammu and Kashmir (HCJK) leaders and activists, continuing the election boycott campaign distributed anti-election posters and pamphlets in Islamabad and Srinagar areas.

On the occasion, the leaders urged the people to stay away from fraud elections and show commitment to the freedom movement. They said that though the elections had no link to the Kashmir dispute but the Indian rulers and their media were trying to change the disputed status of Kashmir through the so-called elections.

They said that Indian rulers and media wanted to give an impression to the world that the people of Kashmir by participating in poll process made it clear that they were with India. The Hurriyet leaders criticized the puppet authorities for turning the whole Valley into a military garrison and continued arrest of youth ahead of Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s visit on Monday.
