Heavy responsibility falls on judges’ shoulders to dispense speedy justice: CJP

Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khan Khosa says heavy responsibility falls on judges’ shoulders to dispense speedy and inexpensive justice.

Addressing a seminar on swift dispensation of justice system at Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad tonight, he said judges should work without any pressure, fear or influence.

He said providing justice gives internal peace which is irreplaceable.

He said the experiment of criminal model courts has proven very successful.
