High-Level Meeting Focuses on Planning Youm-e-Istehsal Events

Islamabad: A high-level meeting was held in Islamabad today at the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan to discuss and review the overall plan being devised to organize events on Youm-e-Istehsal, to be observed on 5th of August. Federal Secretary Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan and SAFRON Kamran Rehman Khan chaired the meeting.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting discussed and reviewed the overall plan of the government regarding different events being organized by various ministries and departments on the anniversary of Indian unilateral and illegal actions of 5th August 2019. It was decided that on Youm-e-Istehsaal, special walks will be held and events will take place across the federal capital, all four provinces, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Youm-e-Istehsal serves as a reminder of India’s rejection of peace and stability and its investment in unilateral actions.
