High-Level Palestinian Delegation to Attend Seerat Conference in Islamabad

Islamabad: A high-level Palestinian delegation has arrived in Pakistan to participate in the International Seerat-un-Nabi Conference 2025, being held on 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal in Islamabad. Chairmain Pakistan Ulema Council Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi and Secretary Religious Affairs Dr. Syed Atta ur Rrhman received the distinguished guests at the airport in Islamabad today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the delegation is headed by Chief Islamic Justice of Palestine Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash and comprises Ahmad Hussein, Sharia Judge and Scholar of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, Ghassan Al-Rajabi, Sharia Judge and Scholar of the Ibrahimi Mosque, and Hamza Dana, Director General of the Office of the Chief Islamic Justice.

Marking its 50th edition, the conference gathers eminent scholars, jurists, and religious leaders from across the Muslim world to reflect on the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wassalam. The International Seerat-un-Nabi Conference has long served as a global platform for promoting peace, tolerance, and interfaith harmony.

This year’s theme is: “State Responsibilities in Educating and Training for the Positive Use of Social Media – In Light of the Teachings of the Holy Prophet Sallallaho Alaihe Wassalam.”
