Honda Atlas Car (Pakistan) Limited’s board of directors’ meeting and closed period

Karachi: This is to inform you that Board of Directors’ Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, November 25, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at our Factory, 43-Km, Multan Road, Manga Mandi, Lahore to approve half year accounts for the period ended September 30, 2011.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from November 17, 2011 to November 25, 2011 as required under the clause xxvi of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
