Humza Yousaf vows to strengthen Pak-Scott trade, investment ties

First Minister of Scotland Humza Yousaf has expressed the commitment to strengthen trade and investment cooperation between Scotland and Pakistan.

Talking to the media, after having a meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in London on Sunday, he said Scotland and Pakistan have a long history and a tradition of cooperation.

He said we spoke about deepening our relations in trade and investment as well as enhancing bilateral cooperation in the field of education, climate change, flood response, wind and solar energy.

The First Minister of Scotland thanked the Prime Minister for inviting him to visit Pakistan. He said he will be looking forward to visit the homeland of his parents at the earliest.
