Hurriyet leaders pay homage to martyred youth of Shopian

Srinagar, February 16, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders, Muhammad Yousuf Naqash, Shabbir Ahmad Dar, Muhammad Yasin Attai and Fayaz Ahmad visited Shopian and paid tributes to Shaheed Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh and Shaheed Abid Hussain, who were recently martyred by Indian troops.

The Hurriyet leaders expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. Addressing people on the occasion, they said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would not go waste. They said that best way to pay tributes to the martyrs was to continue their mission till complete success.

Earlier, as the Hurriyet leaders reached Vehil and Haripora, the native areas of the martyred youth, people came out on roads and raised pro-freedom and anti-India slogans.
