Karachi: We have to inform you that the board of directors of IBL HealthCare Limited (IBLHL) in their meeting held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 12:00 noon at 1st Floor, NIC Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Karachi recommended the following.

Cash Dividend

A final cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2011 at Rs.2.50 per share i.e. 25%.

The financial results of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2011 are attached.

The annual general meeting of the company will be held on October 25, 2011 at 06:00 p.m. at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan, Soldier Bazar Campus, Karachi.

The share transfer books of the company will be closed from October 19, 2011 to October 25, 2011 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Gangjees Registrar Services (Private) Limited, Room # 516, 5th Floor, Clifton Centre, Kehkashan, Clifton, Karachi at the close of business on October 15, 2011 will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees.
