Ibrahim Holdings Limited increases its stake in Ibrahim Fibres Limited

Karachi, Ibrahim Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder of Ibrahim Fibres Limited, has executed several transactions in shares of the company, according to a disclosure of interest filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

On May 3, 2023, Ibrahim Holdings bought a total of 105,500 shares of Ibrahim Fibres at an average rate of PKR 234.38 per share, increasing its stake in the company. The shares were purchased through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in ready form of share certificates.
