ICC Textiles Limited’s Notice regarding Board of Directors’ Meeting

Karachi: This is bring to your kind notice that the Board of Directors’ Meeting of ICC Textiles Limited (ICCT) will be held on October 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Company’s Registered Office, 242-A, Anand Road, Upper Mall, Lahore, to consider and adopt the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2011.

According to the proviso of Regulation No. 35(xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Exchange, October 1, 2011 to October 10, 2011 (Both days inclusive) will be the closed period for Directors, CEO or executive of the Company.
