Karachi: We are writing to inform you that a meeting of’ the Board of Directors of ICI Pakistan Limited (ICI) will be held on November 10, 2011 at 2:30 pm., at its Registered Office, ICI House, 5-West Wharf, Karachi, to consider the filing of a petition in the High Court of Sindh seeking its approval to the Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of the Paints business and other related matters.
