IG Punjab Addresses Police Employee Concerns in Lahore

Lahore: Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with police employees and their families at the Central Police Office Punjab in Lahore, addressing various requests and issuing orders for immediate relief.

According to Punjab Police, Dr. Anwar responded to a request for residence by Lady Assistant Director Shagufta Naz by instructing the AIG Development to provide relief. He also directed the DIG Welfare and Finance to address the widow’s pension allowance for the deceased Constable Muhammad Waris. Additionally, Dr. Anwar issued orders regarding the seniority request of Bahawalpur’s Inspector Abdul Ghaffar, the transfer cancellation request of Rawalpindi’s Inspector Muhammad Aslam, the confirmation request of Lahore’s Inspector Nadeem Abbas, and the promotion request of Lahore’s Inspector Khalid Mahmood. Relief was also directed for Constable Muhammad Shahbaz and other requests related to discipline, administration, promotion, and welfare.
