Lahore, May 02, 2023 (PPI-OT):Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, taking notice of the incident of finding dead bodies of three people from a house in Basti Maluk, Multan, has asked RPO Multan for a report on the incident. IG Punjab has asked CPO Multan to arrest the accused.
While ordering the formation of a special team, he said that while investigating every aspect of the incident, the accused should be arrested as soon as possible and the brutal accused would be punished. IG Punjab said that the supervisory officers should keep in close touch with the families of the victims and ensure immediate delivery of justice.
In addition, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also took notice of the incident in which three people were killed as a result of firing on a van carrying cash of Toll Plaza in Wazirabad. IG Punjab asked for a report from RPO Gujranwala and ordered CPO Gujranwala to form a team to arrest the accused. IG Punjab directed that the accused who looted the cash should be arrested and punished as soon as possible.
