Jammu: An Indian army soldier was critically injured by gunfire in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the soldier was manning a forward post in the Kalal area of Nowshera when he was hit by a bullet. Officials reported that he was immediately rushed to a military hospital for treatment.
This incident follows an earlier report from February 8, when an Indian army patrol came under fire from a forested area in Keri. The situation remains tense as authorities continue to monitor developments in the region.
