New Delhi, May 05, 2023 (PPI-OT):Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, today, welcomed his Pakistani counterpart, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, in Goa, India, at a conclave of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO). Bilawal Bhutto has become the first senior leader to visit India in recent years.
Mr Zardari’s visit to India to attend the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) meeting comes amid continuing strain in ties between the two countries on a host of issues, including Jammu and Kashmir.
