New Delhi, May 26, 2023 (PPI-OT): India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) has moved the Delhi High Court seeking the death penalty for Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik. The plea by the NIA has been listed for hearing on May 29 before a bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Talwant Singh. Muhammad Yasin Malik was sentenced to life by a court in New Delhi on May 25, last year, in a false case registered against him.
