Karachi, January 17, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday January 28, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at the registered office of the Company, circulated at Office # 508 Beaumont Plaza, Beaumont Road, Civil Lines Quarters, Karachi tor declaration of entitlement.

The company has declared the “closed period” from 17th January 2013 to 28th January 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the code of corporate Governance 2012 contained in the Listing Regulation No.35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period.
