Karachi, Indus Motor Company Limited has issued a clarification regarding the non-reporting of an export arrangement with Toyota Motor Engineering Egypt (TMEE) to the Stock Exchange. The company asserts that the matter did not meet the materiality threshold outlined in clause 5.6.1(a) and therefore was not disseminated.
