The company asserts that the matter did not meet the materiality threshold outlined in clause 5.6.1(a) and therefore was not disseminated.
In the clarification, Indus Motor Company Limited provides details about the arrangement, stating that it involves exporting a specific local automotive part. This move is seen as a significant step towards meeting the requirements set under the Auto Industry Development and Export Policy (AIDEP) for the period 2021-2026. The company held a ceremony at its plant to commemorate the occasion, which received media coverage.

Consequently, Indus Motor Company Limited deemed the information to be of insufficient significance or materiality to be reported to the Stock Exchange and its members within the stipulated timelines.
