This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have today passed a resolution accepting the resignation of Mr. Takahiro Iwase as the Director of Indus Motor Company Limited with effect from May 28, 2013, and has appointed Mr. Kyoichi Tanada as Director of Indus Motor Company Limited, with effect from May 28, 2013, to fill the casual vacancy, in place of Mr. Takahiro Iwase.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Masaaki Aoi as Alternate Director with effect from May 28, 2013 in the absence of Mr. Kyoichi Tanada, who will be absent from Pakistan for more than three months.
