Information Minister Congratulates Mian Rauf Atta on SCBA Presidency

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, extended his congratulations to Mian Rauf Atta on his election as the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Tarar praised the lawyer community for electing a commendable individual to lead the Supreme Court Bar Association. He underscored the crucial role lawyers play in defending democracy, human rights, and the Constitution, emphasizing the importance of their work in promoting the rule of law and upholding constitutional supremacy.

The Information Minister expressed optimism that the newly-elected president and other office-bearers will continue to contribute positively to the Constitution’s supremacy and the rule of law. He also expressed hope that the winning panel would effectively address the challenges faced by the lawyer community and play a pivotal role in significant judicial matters.
