Interior Minister Denounces Attack on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Post

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has condemned a recent attack on the Bahadur Khel police check post in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which resulted in the deaths of two police officers. Naqvi paid tribute to the officers and extended condolences to their families, also wishing for the recovery of the injured.

According to a statement by Press Information Department, Naqvi described the attack, perpetrated by the group Fitanah Al-Khawarij under the cover of darkness, as cowardly. He acknowledged the ongoing sacrifices made by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police in combating terrorism.

Naqvi highlighted the crucial role played by the police in maintaining peace, stating their sacrifices will be remembered. He commended the dedication of the officers who have contributed significantly to the fight against terrorism in the region.
