Interior Minister Emphasizes Safety of Chinese Citizens Following Karachi Incident.

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad today and held a meeting with Ambassador Jiang Zaidong. The Minister expressed regret over the recent firing incident in Karachi where two Chinese citizens were wounded.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during the meeting, Interior Minister Naqvi emphasized that the safety of Chinese citizens and projects is a top priority for the government. Both parties discussed and agreed to create a joint strategy to prevent similar incidents in the future.
