Interior Minister Sets Completion Deadline for Jinnah Avenue Interchange

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the F-8 Jinnah Avenue Interchange project in Islamabad, closely inspecting the finishing work of the under-construction flyover. During his visit, he set a firm deadline for the complete project to be finalized by the 18th of this month.

According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the minister emphasized the necessity for the swift completion of all project components, including the connecting roads and landscaping. He met with the workers, acknowledging their efforts and dedication as they work tirelessly to meet the set deadline.

Mohsin Naqvi ordered the immediate removal of debris surrounding the project site, highlighting that any deficiencies in the beautification efforts would not be accepted. He also directed that the work on the connecting roads beneath the flyover should be accelerated.

Present during the visit were the Secretary Interior, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Inspector General of Islamabad Police, Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad, as well as contractors and relevant officials.
