Karachi, In a recent meeting held on June 09, 2023, at Faisalabad, the Board of Directors of Interloop Limited has made significant announcements.
CASH DIVIDEND:
Interloop Limited has declared an Interim Cash Dividend for the year ending June 30, 2023. The dividend will amount to Rs. 3.0/- per share, reflecting a generous payout of 30% to the shareholders.
BONUS SHARES:
In addition to the cash dividend, Interloop Limited has also announced the issuance of Interim Bonus Shares. Shareholders will receive 50 additional shares for every 100 shares held, resulting in a bonus share ratio of 50%.
APPROVAL OF ANNUAL BUDGET:
During the meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the Annual Budget of the company for the upcoming fiscal year 2023-24. The budget sets the financial plan and outlines the strategic direction of Interloop Limited for the coming year.
