Iranian President Meets with Punjab Governor to Discuss Bilateral Issues

Islamabad, Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi held discussions with Punjab Governor Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman today at the Governor’s House in Lahore. The meeting centered on enhancing cooperation and strengthening ties between Iran and the Punjab region of Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the two leaders explored various areas of mutual interest aimed at fostering deeper connections across cultural, economic, and political dimensions. Following their discussion, Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman hosted a luncheon to honor President Raisi and his accompanying delegation, underscoring the warmth and hospitality between the two jurisdictions.
