Islamabad intensifies safety measures amid Mpox virus threat

Islamabad Capital Territory Administration has intensified its efforts to ensure safety of citizens in the wake of Mpox virus threat.

Spokesman of the ICT administration said that Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Irfan Nawaz Memon has directed health officials to ensure screening process at Islamabad International Airport.

Health department staff is actively screening every passenger coming from other countries.
