Jaffar Express to Resume Operations from Today: Hanif

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Railways, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, announced that the Jaffar Express will resume its operations from today. The service had been temporarily suspended following damage to the railway track in a recent attack. However, repairs have been completed, allowing for the resumption of services.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Railways Minister, speaking to reporters outside the Parliament House in Islamabad, stated that drone surveillance will be implemented to enhance security for train operations in Balochistan. In addition, CCTV cameras are being installed at railway stations and other sensitive locations nationwide to bolster security measures.
