Turbat: Vice Chancellor of Jamia Turbat, Prof. Dr. John Muhammad, lauded the academic contributions of the university’s faculty, highlighting their efforts in bringing national and international recognition to the institution. Dr. Muhammad made these remarks during a ceremony held in honor of Dr. Fida Ahmed, a faculty member and research scholar in the Department of Management Sciences at Jamia Turbat.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Dr. Fida Ahmed, who hails from Pushkan District, Gwadar, recently completed his doctorate from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. His research paper, co-authored with Professor Christian Harrison from Bolton, UK, received the Best Paper Award in the Leadership and Leadership Development Track at the British Academy of Management Conference 2024. The conference was held at Nottingham Trent University from September 2 to 6, 2024.
Dr. Muhammad congratulated Dr. Fida on this significant achievement, recognizing his contribution to both the university and the broader academic community.
