JSCL Announces Redemption of Final Coupon for TFC Holders, Transfer Books to Remain Closed for Entitlement Determination

Karachi, Jahangir Siddiqui and Company Limited (JSCL) have officially notified TFC holders that the redemption/profit payment of the 11th and final coupon of JSCL – TFC (06-03-2018), bearing symbol JSTFC11, is due on September 06, 2023.

In preparation for the entitlement determination process, the Transfer Books of the Company related to the TFC shall be closed from August 30, 2023, to September 06, 2023 (both days inclusive).

TFC holders are advised to notify the Company’s Registrar, M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, regarding any changes in their address and income tax exemption status immediately.

This announcement signifies a significant milestone for TFC holders, as they will receive the final coupon payment. JSCL aims to uphold transparency and efficiency throughout the process, ensuring that all eligible TFC holders receive their rightful entitlements.

TFC holders are encouraged to adhere to the timelines and guidelines provided by the Company and its Registrar to facilitate a smooth redemption process. The closure of the Transfer Books during the specified period will enable JSCL to accurately determine the entitlements of TFC holders.
