Karachi, In a major announcement, the Board of Directors of Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited has approved the declaration of an interim cash dividend of Rs. 3 per share, indicating a significant 30% return on shares.

To facilitate the distribution process, the company will suspend Share Transfer operations from September 04 to September 06, 2023, both days inclusive. The dividend will be disbursed to eligible shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s Register of Members as of September 01, 2023. This decision underscores the company’s commitment to rewarding its shareholders and maintaining transparency.
